The DuMOL Dirt  /  Current Issue

The DuMOL Dirt The building block of great winegrowing.

We share great wine with you, but we’ve never shared all the dirty details of how great wine is made...until now.

The DuMOL Dirt is a quarterly publication taking you—issue by issue—into the vineyard, under the ground, into the bottle, and onto your table. Every element, from soil to barrel and everything in between, impacts the quality of the wine.

The more you know, the more you’ll appreciate not just DuMOL, but all wine—and the land and people that grow it. That’s the goal.

From all of us at DuMOL, enjoy The Dirt.

(It’s All About the) Soil Wine is the ultimate expression of the soil it’s grown in.

Before we get ahead of ourselves, let’s get on the same page about wine quality—since everything we do revolves around it...
